Trevor Hoyt is a Certified Functional Movement Systems coach as well as a NCSF-Certified Personal Trainer. He is a former University of California, Berkeley NCAA Division I Athlete and current professional swimmer who competed at both the 2012 and the 2016 Olympic Trials in 100M and 200M Breaststroke.

Kimmi Hellman is a certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Sports Nutrition Coach, ACE-certified personal trainer and licensed therapist who specializes in restorative sports massage therapy. Her focused specialty is traumatic injury rehab through soft tissue release: both muscle and fascia.

We are office-based in southern California in Temecula. We travel nationwide with athletes, teams and events on occasion.
OUR ATHLETES || The majority are dirt-ridden…Pro Offroad Truck, Downhill MTB, Supercross, Motocross, Freestyle Moto and Superbike. We also work with a variety of runners; half and full marathoners, triathletes and in 2015 we helped keep an ultrarunner healthy through five 100-milers.
Swimmers, skydivers, B.A.S.E. jumpers, firefighters, Marines, Navy corpsmen, CrossFitters, a MARSOC marine, surfers, dancers, cyclists, MMA and JiuJitsu fighters and football, tennis, volleyball and soccer players.
If we don’t yet know how you use your body for your sport we will study video before we work with you. Functional movement and mobility are the keys to a happy athlete’s life!
